Led by Directors Darren Richmond and John Steel, Richmond Ceramics are entering their thirteenth year in business. Whilst the business has grown rapidly in recent years the focus on customer service remains their top priority.
UK coverage – with circa 60 tilers working at any one time Richmond Ceramics have the capacity to undertake multiple projects and developments all across the UK.
Warehouse capacity – with their two warehouse units Richmond Ceramics can hold to up to 800 tonnes of tiles and materials at any one time, this gives our clients peace of mind that we can secure stock requirements to meet programme and deadlines.
Delivery Driver & Vehicle – in addition to using external couriers we have our own dedicated delivery vehicle and driver, this gives us the ability to react quickly when urgent tiles and/or materials are required on site.
Specification – whether it’s a range of tiles for a housing development or budget easing alternative options for a large commercial project, Richmond Ceramics have the expertise and supply chain to meet your requirements. We have built strong relationships with manufacturers in the UK and across Europe so have access to the tiles you require at rates you desire.

We have worked with Richmond Ceramics on many large scale commercial projects, in addition to tile installation they also help us with tile specification where needed. Our latest project requires tiles for hundreds of bathrooms and the budget was proving to be an issue, Richmond Ceramics sourced alternative options and delivered samples which have been approved by the client, saving tens of thousands of pounds across the project.
